Chickpeas - 20 g raw
Broccoli-50 g blanched
Cucumber/ tomato-100 g(any salad veggies of your choice)
Curd -50 g
Whey ( crude/unflavored)-15 g
All purpose seasoning-1 tsp
Honey mustard sauce-1 tsp
Olive oil -1 tsp
Salt
Soak chickpeas overnight and pressure cook with salt
Clean and blanch broccoli florets
Clean and chop other salad veggies
Dressing- in a bowl -mix curd , salt , olive oil, seasoning Mix raw whey with some water and form a slurry mixing it properly Add to curd mixture
In a salad mixing bowl , first add all veggies, chick peas Then add honey mustard sauce Add curd whey dip Toss nicely Serve chilled
