Wheat flour - 25gm
Maida / all purpose flour - 25gm
Carrom seeds - 2 gm
Cumin seeds - 2 gm
Chicken breast- 50gm
Carrot - 10gm

Ginger + ginger - 5gm
Dry spices - salt, pepper powder
Ketchup - 10gm

Arrabiata pasta sauce - 10gm
For the wrap- prepare a dough adding wheat flour and Maida, salt, carom seeds and cumin seeds. Make it soft. Roll it like chapati and then cook it until light brown on both the sides.
For the filling- first, boil the chicken adding ginger garlic paste, let it cool down. Afterwards, shred it using fork. Now, add all chopped veggies, chicken and spices and mix all well.
For spread- mix yogurt, ketchup and arrabiata pasta sauce.
Lastly, assemble it by first spreading the mixed sauce then layout the mixture in the middle of wrap in a rectangular form. Then, wrap it and enjoy 😊
