Chicken breast 250 gms Capsicum 50gms Oil 5 gm Onion 1 Small Spices Salt Chillie powder Turmeric Lemon (1 for juice) Chicken Tandoori Masala Add yogurt if your allowance , Ive skipped it since I did not have it in my allowance
Cut chicken in cubes and marinate the chicken with all the spices
Add capsicum cubes and onion petals too in the marination
Leave it marinate for an hour atleast in the refridgerator
Put Chicken , Onion and Capsicum on skewers. Brush oil on them and place them on Microwave safe dish
Bake at degrees for mins in the microwave
Enjoy with mint chutney
