50gm curd
1/2 lemon juice
1 tps chilly powder, 1/2 tps cumin powder
1/2 tps garam masala, 1/2 tps corainder Powder
1tps crushed dry methi leaves
Salt and food colour (optional)
10 GM's ghee
Mix everything in a bowl except ghee, marinate the mixture as long as possible. Heat ghee in a pan and fry it.
