Ingredients

Chicken Thigh boneless 200 gm

Atta 50 gm

Butter 10 gm

Ghee 10 gm

Jeera Powder

Onion 1 medium

Tomato 1 medium ripe

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to a pan followed by finely sliced onions and saute until golden brown

Step 2

Add Ginger garlic paste and cook for mins

Step 3

Add chicken and cook for - mins

Step 4

Add salt and jeera powder

Step 5

Add green chillis (sliced)

Step 6

Add grated tomato and cook for mins and keep adding water to get the correct consistency.

Step 7

garnish with Coriander and serve with chapati!
