Soya flour- 35gm Chicken breast -30 gm Beetroot- 30gm Onion- 30gm
Mix soya flour with minced chicken and to it add chopped onion and grated beetroot. . Add salt , oregano, black pepper powder, Dry mango powder and mix all the ingredients. . Now make small balls and press them to give circular shapes. . Preheat an airfryer and then set temperature of airfryer to degree and put all tikkis in it and cook them for minutes. . Serve these hot and crispy tikkis with green chutney and salad of your choice.
