Onion

Garlic, green chillies

Capsicum

Cabbage

Mushrooms

Chicken

Chicken stock.

Method

Step 1

In a non stick bowl, add onion, garlic and green chillies.

Step 2

Spray the zero calorie cooking oil / olive oil and cook until the garlic is cooked.

Step 3

Add the vegetables ( gmCapsicum, gm Cabbage and gm mushrooms) and sauté for minutes until the Capsicum softens up a bit.

Step 4

Next add the chicken shreds. ( cut the chicken very finely so that it cooks properly in practically no oil).

Step 5

Add the chicken stock and water and let it boil until the soup thickens.

Step 6

Add red chilly powder, pepper powder, chilli flakes, and salt.

Step 7

Serve when the soup is thick ( you don't need cornflour to thicken up :) )

Step 8

Your hot and spicy soup for the cozy winter is ready! Sprinkle with parsley for more flavor. Enjoy.
