200 gm Chicken Breast Mince (Makes 4 seekh kebabs)
1 small size onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 inch Ginger finely chopped
Handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
a pinch black salt
10 gm Ghee
Put onion, garlic and ginger in a chopper and chop them. If chopping by knife make sure to chop them finely.
Take chopped onion, garlic and ginger in a muslin cloth and squeeze out all the water.
Mix all ingredients(chicken mince, onion, ginger, garlic, masalas, salt) except Ghee in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for mins
Meanwhile soak skewers in water
After mins, take out the mixture from the fridge. In a bowl take water. Dip your hand in water. Take / of the mixture and make a ball. Insert a skewer into the ball and shape it around the skewer. Make seekh kebabs from the mixture.
Heat gm ghee in a nonstick pan on low flame
Cook the kebabs for - mins on low flame by turning each side until brown.
Chicken Seekh kebabs are ready. ENJOY!!!
