salt, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, chat masala
green chilies 2, coriander leaves, mint leaves (
cheese 10 gm ( optional)
besan 10 gm
half lemon
take minced chicken in a bowl
grate onion and strain water from it
roughly grind mint, coriander, green chilli, strain the excessive water
mix onion, grinded leaves and onion together.
add dry spices, crumble cheese, - drops of oil,lemon, besan to Chicken and give good mix
cling wrap the mix and refrigerate for mins
after mins take out from fridge and give a shape, assemble them on plate. again refrigerate for hour.
shallow fry it.
enjoy with some 🥗 and green chutney 🍵
