2 Whole wheat bread, steamed Different vegetables 200gram, 120 gram cooked chicken with natural spices and 1tsp olive oil

Method

Step 1

Marinate chicken with natural home made spices and pan fry it with tsp olive oil. Steam vegetables and roast bread on pan. Put vegetables and chicken in between bread and enjoy your meal
