chicken salami 20 gm

bread 40 gm

lettuce 5 hm

egg white 2 PC

veggies for cooking omelette 10 gm

oil 4 gm

mint chutney

Method

Step 1

crack eggs separate the whites and add your veggies and spices on it. mix it well

Step 2

take a non stock pan put oil on it and let the egg white omelette cook

Step 3

toast gm of bread

Step 4

lightly toast gm of chicken. salami slices

Step 5

on toasted bread add some mimt chutney

Step 6

assemble the sandwich and serve 🔥
