Chicken 50 grams

Greek yogurt or hung curd 30 grams

Olive oil 10 grams

50 grams chopped bell pepper

1 lime juice

Salt and pepper

Lettuce or spinach 100 grams

Method

Step 1

Grill or bake chicken breast skinless at degrees for minutes

Step 2

Meanwhile, chop bell peppers, beetroot , lettuce and toss well with lime juice , curd , salt and pepper

Step 3

Now , take out chicken breast and chop it thin and long . Mix it all well
