Ingredients

chicken breast 100g

1 TSP olive oil

Worcestershire sauce

lettuce

cheery tomato

lime juice to taste

corn

carrots

beetroot

pomegranate

yogurt 30gms

half tsp of mayo

Method

Step 1

Marinate chicken breast piece with olive oil, ginger garlic paste for - minutes

Step 2

Create the dressing : Add yogurt, mayo, lime juice, slight olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and pinch of salt

Step 3

In a seperate bowl, add lettuce, cheryy tomatoes and other vegetables as preferred. I added carrots , beetroot, pomegranate as well.

Step 4

Take the marinated chicken piece and heat on a non stick pan on both the sides for minutes

Step 5

Cut the chicken in very small pieces

Step 6

Add everything in a bowl and mix and serve
