Veggies: brocolli, cabbage, mushroom, carrots, brussels, cauliflower etc
Take a Pan, Put ghee in it and let it heat for few seconds.
Put chicken pieces and shallow fry, Once it looks upper skin fried.
Add veggies as per your choice.
Add cooked brown rice
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Put cup water and cover it with the lid. let it boil till the water is completely soaked and evaporated. Keep stirring in between.
