1 large ripe tomato
garlic - 4 cloves
Salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,kashmiri mirch powder,chicken masala

Add ghee to a pan
Add onion and saute until golden brown,add chopped garlic
Add chicken and cook for - mins
Add grated tomato and saute
Add spices mentioned above and cook at low flame
Add chicken masala at the end and cook for mins.
Garnish with corainder and serve with Rice/chapati/paratha
