Chicken Boneless -200gms
Basmati Rice -40gms
Ghee-5gms
Sliced onion -1/2
Veggies-200gms ( cauliflower, peas, french beans, mushrooms, capsicum)
Everest Shahi Biryani Masala- As per taste
cube the chicken in to small pieces and keep aside
soak the rice for mins
Add ghee in a cooker....pop in all veggies and onions with the chicken and cook on high flame sauteeing it
after - mins add the Shahi Biryani Masala and fry for secs
Add rice and enough water and close the cooker....cook on medium high flame till whistels and it's done
