Chicken 200gm Oil 10gm 1/2 bread or bread crumbs equal quantity 1 onion 1/2 tomato 1 teaspoon tomato paste Italian herbs 25gm of mozzarella 1/4 egg beaten for coating Garlic 2 cloves Salt abs pepper Spaghetti 30gm Flour a spoon for coating

Method

Step 1

Coat chicken with flour then egg and cover with bread crumbs. . Add ml of oil in fry pan and cook chicken. Cook till chicken is degrees. . For saunds Add ml oil sauté onion and garlic Add tomato and paste add half cup water cook with get desired consistency. . Add salt pepper and Italian herbs . Heat oven add sauce on pan, place chicken on top add mozzarella cheese. I have used natural cheddar. . Cook till cheese is melted well. You can eat it as it is or can have some cooked spaghetti.
