1 TSP sambal sauce
60 g mushroom slices
50 g paprika slices
40g salad leaves
40 g brown bread
soak chicken pieces in sambal sauce and let marinate for minutes use g brown bread to make bread crumbs coat marinated chicken with bread crumbs air fry the breaded chicken for minutes, flipping in between once...no oil needed throw paprika and mushroom slices on a grill and cook for minutes . season with a little salt toast the remaining g bread in a toaster...let cool till it's crispy and cut into finger sized slices bed this all on a bed of shredded salad leaves ... best part of this recipe...no sauce needed ...since mushrooms and paprikas will turn juicy once grilled
