Grind spinach, (I used frozen spinach) coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and garlic with salt and lemon.
Now add chicken into the paste and marinate for for sometime. Longer you marinate better it is.
Take a kadhai put ghee and heat it. Now add the marinated chicken cook in medium heat till chicken is cooked. Once chicken is cooked put in high heat keep stirring in between till water is completely evaporated and the masala is dry...
