Chicken 200gm

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Bay leaves
Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside. Dry roast black pepper, cumin, whole coriander and red chillies.
Once cooled down, grind them in a blender.
Chop onion and tomato in fine pieces
In a wok, put oil. Once hot, add bay leaves. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste. Saute well.
Add the tomatoes and the grind powder
Put flame low and cover.
Now add the marinated chicken and salt as per taste. Cover again and cook on low flame.
The preparation will leave oil automatically in a while. Stir and keep on low flame.
Once done, serve on a plate with squeezed / tsp lemon juice and coriander leaves.
