Chicken breast mince - 100gms
Ginger-garlic paste - 10gms
Spice mix - 1tsp (salt, red chili powder, black pepper)
Eggs - 2
Rice - 40gms
Onion - 50gms
Oil - 20gms
Lettuce leaves - 100gms
Cabbage - 50gms
Lemon juice - 25gms
Salt - as per taste
Sumac spice powder - 2tsp
In a bowl, mix chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, spice mix. Marinate for mins
Cook rice. Add sumac spice powder to the rice for flavor.
Make some fried onions.
Make kabab shape of the mince. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Roll the kababs in the egg batter and put them in hot oil.
Cook the kababs from all sides. Kabab is ready.
In a bowl, add all salad leaves, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
