Ingredients

Chicken - 150 gms

Onion - 30 gms

Garam masala - 1 TSP

Salt - As required

Chilli powder - 1/2 TSP

Oil - 10 gm

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan

Step 2

Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden color

Step 3

Add Garam masala powder and chilli powder and mix it well

Step 4

Add washed chicken and mix well . Make sure the masala is well coated in the chicken

Step 5

Add cup water and salt as required . stir well and close the pan

Step 6

Stir the Gravy occasionally . In - mins check if chicken is cooked well .

Step 7

Simple chicken Gravy is now ready to eat
