Turmeric
Coriander Powder
Take chicken as per you req
Add salt, chilli powder, chicken masala, coriander powder and turmeric and mix it all and leave it for min.
Heat the pan add to spoon oil put the chicken on the pan and fry it high flame it will take to min to get cooked. Do not cover it and keep stirring so that it dose not burn.
