50gms chicken breast
150gms boiled rice
1 egg
1 cheese slice
20gms mushroomπ
20gms π₯carrots
20gms capsicum
20gms cabbage
1 tsp soya sauce
1tsp vinegar
1tsp chilli sauce
15gms fat (oil/ghee)
salt and pepper
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Clean and chop chicken breast into tiny pieces.
Marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
Heat gms fat in fry pan and add the chicken, cook on medium heat till tender.
In the same pan add another gms fat and saute all the vegetables. Do not overcook.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
Add the cooked chicken and boiled rice and mix again untill well combined.
Cover and cook for another minute or two on low flame.
Beat egg with salt and pepper. Use the remaining gms fat to make an omlette.
To serve... In a plate, fold cheese slice into a smaller square to make a pillow. Place a big serving of fried rice in the centre of the plate to form the bears body. Place a small ball or rice over the cheese pillow to form the bears head. Use chicken pieces for ears, peppers for eyes and carrot for mouth. Finally place the egg blanket to snuggle up the cute lil bear.
