All type of spices such as Chicken masala, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, coriander powder
Salt
Ginger Garlic Paste
Green chilli, 1 Onion and 1 Tomatoe
Spinach
Curry leaves, coriander leaves
14 gm of Ghee or Oil
Marinate the chicken breast pieces with chicken masala, Ginger garlic paster, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt. Keep in the fridge for - mins(Optional)
Cook the rice in cooker. Do not overcook it and do not add more water while cooking as we need to fry the rice later. Once rice is cooked, keep it for cooling.
Fry the Green chilli, curry leaves on medium flame. Then add chopped onions and tomatoes and garlic paste and turmeric powder.
Add salt which will help to cook onion faster.
Once onion and tomato are properly cooked, Add kitchen masala, garam masala and coriander powder. Let all spices cook.
Add marinated chicken and chopped spinach in the same pan. Mix it well, put lid on the pan and wait till chicken gets cooked.
Once you see cooked gravy, add the cooked rice and fry it.
Chicken fried rice is read to eat.
