200gm Chicken breast Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Peri Peri Spice mix Veg stock cube (can be skipped, add less salt if using this too) Salt Oil 2ml
Wash and squeeze out all the water from the chicken breasts , lightly pat it dry
Rub all the above mentioned spices on the chicken breasts except oil.
Now cover and let it sit in the refridgerator for hr. This just helps to let the spices seep in the chicken
Brush a non stick pan with ml oil and cook the breasts until done. Ensure to keep flipping the pieces so that the spices dont burn (add a little water if required)
And your chicken is ready.Enjoy with lime and mint chutney
