Chicken curry cut - 250gms

oil -15gms

Onions - 100gms

Tomatoes - 100gns

Curd - 100gms

Salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, ginger-garlic paste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in the pan.

Step 2

Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Satute till cooked.

Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste, Saute for mins.

Step 4

Add salt, dry masalas. Cook for min.

Step 5

Add whipped curd. Mix well and cook till gravy like texture is achieved.

Step 6

Add chicken pieces. Cook for mins.

Step 7

Your chicken curry is ready.
