Chicken Breast 230 grams white bread 60 grams 2 whole eggs 30 grams tomato 20 grams ghee
Soak chicken breast in hot water for mins. Cut into small pieces and add to a Blender or mixer. Keep the mixture aside and add two whole eggs and The bread slices. Blend again and add tomatoes and desired Spices. Mix it thoroughly and shape into the Patty required. Freeze it for an hour. Add the ghee to a pan and proceed to roast or grill till done. note : Macros for the Patty only. Bun not included.
