Chicken - 150 gms
Rice -40gms
Biriyani Masala
Curd - 25gms, onion 30gms
Rose water, kewra and Mitha attar
Salt, turmeric and red chilli
Ghee 10gms
Potatoes 30gm and Egg -1 (optional)
Marinate the chicken in Biriyani Masala, salt, curd. Kewra, rose water and mitha attar . Soak the rice in water . Fry half onion in gms ghee and add the chicken
Once the cooked is half cooked add the rice . Continue to stir and add gms hot water . Add gm more ghee and Biriyani Masala . Pressure cook on high heat for one whistle and leave it for the pressure to release on its own
