1.chicken 150 gm 2.potato 200 gm 3.peri peri 1 TSP 4. oregano 1 TSP 5.garlic 6.butter 10gm 7. water 150 ml 8.szechuan sauce opt
wash the chicken and cut into small pieces, so I get cook quickly .wash the potato and cut into the small cubes (I didn't remove the skin) .Add gm butter on pre heat frying pan, add your spices like in my case salt and pepper, garlic, oregano and peri - peri and saute for a Sec . Add your chicken and potatoes, mix it well and add ml of water. .cover with lid and make sure flames is on simmer. .After min remove the lid, increase the flame and keep frying until the masala get coated on chicken and potatoes. if potatoes is uncooked then add a lit bit of oil and give it a stir fry. . i have added Szechuan sauce in the end to spice it up .. its totally options .grab the fork and eat it all.
