Chicken breast - 150g
Oil - 10g
Corn flour- 10g
Curry leaves - 5g
Spices: red chilly powder (1tsp) , cumin powder - (0.5 tsp), coriander powder (0.5 tsp), star anise powder (0.5 tsp), turmeric powder (0.5 tsp), garam masala( 1tsp), cinnamon powder (1 tsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp), salt
Ginger, garlic - 15g
Vinegar white - 15ml
Green chilly - 3 to 4
Marinade the chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste and vinegar and all the spices mentioned overnight or atleast for hour
Add oil to the nonstick pan and add curry leaves and green chilies and let it saute for about - minutes.
Add chicken cubes and cook it on high flame for about minutes and then flip it and cook on a low flame for about - minutes and itβs done ππ
