Ingredients

Chicken breast - 150g

Oil - 10g

Corn flour- 10g

Curry leaves - 5g

Spices: red chilly powder (1tsp) , cumin powder - (0.5 tsp), coriander powder (0.5 tsp), star anise powder (0.5 tsp), turmeric powder (0.5 tsp), garam masala( 1tsp), cinnamon powder (1 tsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp), salt

Ginger, garlic - 15g

Vinegar white - 15ml

Green chilly - 3 to 4

Method

Step 1

Marinade the chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste and vinegar and all the spices mentioned overnight or atleast for hour

Step 2

Add oil to the nonstick pan and add curry leaves and green chilies and let it saute for about - minutes.

Step 3

Add chicken cubes and cook it on high flame for about minutes and then flip it and cook on a low flame for about - minutes and it’s done πŸ™ŒπŸ˜‡
