Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp honey or any sweetner

Any fruits and nuts

Method

Step 1

Pour ingredients into container and mix well. Let settle for - minutes then mix again very well.

Step 2

Cover the container and store in fridge overnight or for at least to hours.

Step 3

When ready to eat it, top with any choice of fruit and enjoy cold!
