100ml cows milk 🥛
100gm strawberry🍓
1tbsp/15gms peanut butter
1tbsp/15gms honey
2tbsp/20gms chia seeds
Add tbsp chia seeds to the milk and let bloom for about minutes to hrs. stir a few times for the first mins to avoid lumping.
for the strawberry jam: crush gms strawberries cook with tbsp of water on low heat for about mins. Add tbsp/gms of chia seeds powder. Mix well and let it set.
In a tall glass, alternatively add the chia pudding and chia strawberry jam to form layers.
Top with the remaining gms chopped strawberries, melted peanut butter and honey.
