Chia Pudding (Healthy fats, easy, simple & delicious recipe!)

Ingredients

Chia seeds - 30 grams

Milk - 180 Ml

Honey - 20 grams

Curd (hung/greek yoghurt) - 50 grams

Strawberry - 100 grams

Method

Step 1

To a jar add the chia seeds, milk and honey.

Step 2

Mix it well and let it sit for about hours or overnight for best texture.

Step 3

For the strawberry mix, blend hung curd/greek yoghurt with strawberries to make a nice thick yoghurt.

Step 4

Once the chia pudding has settled, add the strawberry yoghurt to it and mix it well and it's ready to consume!

Step 5

Enjoy your burst of nutrition in this healthy sweet!
