Boil milk,elachi powder together for min.
add saffron,chopped cashew & almonds and bring to boil.boil for min
Add sweetner of ur choice.i added tb stevia.
mix well and transfer the content to glass/bowk
Add chia seeds and garnish with some cashew or almonds
cover & keep in refrigerator overnight. U can use it after - hrs as well.
It taste best wen cool but u can try it warm as well to get kheer wali feel 😀
