1)20 gm chia seeds 2)5 gm unsweetened cocoa powder 3)1 scoop of chocolate whey powder 4)6 gm Almonds(approx.5) 5)10 gm walnuts(approx.4 halves) 6)240 ml milk(low fat/2% reduced fat) 7)2-3 thin apple slices to garnish

Step 1

)Mix milk,chia seeds,unsweetened cocoa and whey protein together and let it rest for - hours so that it becomes thick . )Add chopped Almonds and walnuts. )Garnish with your favorite fruit.
