Ingredients

Milk 100ml Soaked chia seeds 20g Papaya 100g (Any fruit of your choice) Almonds + Cashews 10g 1/2 scoop whey protein Stevia Ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Add cold milk in soaked chia seeds, stevia (if needed), whey protein. Mix well. Add ice cubes, crushed nuts and fruit pieces. Savour it! You can add dried grapes or berries too!
