Paneer 50g

Cheese 1 slice

Butter 5g

Salt

Pepper

Peri peri seasoning

Chilli flakes

Method

Step 1

Chop veggies

Step 2

Heat pan,add butter and veggies and sauté at high flame for -mins

Step 3

Add salt,pepper,red chilli flakes,peri peri seasoning and mix well

Step 4

Cook for another mins

Step 5

Add diced paneer and mix well Add cheese slice and cover the lid

Step 6

Cook at low flame for mins Turn off flame Sprinkle some seasoning and it’s ready to go!
