Potatoes: 100 gm
Amul cheese cube: 25 gm
Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: To taste
Green chilli: 1 piece
Rice flour: 20 gm
Ghee: 12 gm
Garlic: 1 clove
Boil potatoes in cooker, let them cool down. Peel and mash them completely with a masher.
Finely chop green chillies & garlic clove, and set them aside.
Grate cheese in a bowl and set aside.
In a bowl take mashed potato. Add in grated cheese, black pepper powder, salt, green chilli, rice flour, garlic chopped and mix everything well.
Divide potato dough into equal balls and make a ball of it and flatten it to shape it like tikki.
Heat up pan with ghee and put all the tikkis on it and roast them from both the sides till done.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, spring onion greens and serve hot with green chutney/ketchup.
