Cut pepper diagonally and place in a muffin tray,drizzle some olive oil. Cook in the microwave for : mins. place strips of cheese slice over pepper and heat in microwave for min. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice and top with some lemon juice. Gobble them up while they are warm.
