2 Egg whites
20gm cream
25 gm mozzarella cheese
5 gm butter
Take egg whites in one bowl and Egg yolk in another bowl
Beat the cream and add to egg white
add black paper and salt to egg white as per your taste
Now use a blender to blend the egg white seperately and egg yolk seperately.
Put butter in a hot pan and brush it to cover every part of the pan surface
Now st put white egg and the egg yolk above it. Cover the pan and cook for minutes at lowest stream.
No need to cook both side of the omlet.
Serve hot with peri peri sauce or tomato ketchup
