Ingredients

Eggs-2

Cheese slice-1

Cauliflower-100 g shredded

Black pepper powder

Ginger garlic finely chopped

Ghee/butter/olive oil-5 g

Method

Step 1

Clean and chop cauliflower florets or grate them

Step 2

Brush oil in non stick pan and lightly roast riced cauliflower, alongwith finely chopped garlic,ginger ,green chillis and salt.

Step 3

Beat two eggs and add cauliflower mixture Adjust salt Add black pepper powder or all purpose seasoning or any spices of your choice.

Step 4

Brush oil / butter/ ghee on nonstick pan Spread egg cauli mixture like omelette and cook from both sides

Step 5

Fold in half and add cheese slice Enjoyyyy!!
