Ingredients

Cream Cheese(150gm)

Greek Yogurt (80gm )

1egg

Powdered Sweetener(as per taste)

Vanilla extract(1 table spoon)

Lemon zest

Marrie Biscuit (20gm)

Method

Step 1

add cream cheese,yogurt,egg,Vanila extra,one egg,Sweetener to a mixing bowl

Step 2

Use a electric hand blender to blend it to smooth batter or alternatively you add all above food items to a blender jar and blend to prepare batter.

Step 3

Crush the gm biscuit to crumble and add in the small cup cake mold as base and then pour the batter on top of it.

Step 4

Air fry it for degree for -mins or you can microwave in oven mode for -mins in degrees. It should not be cooked entirely,you should stop when it is bit jiggly .

Step 5

Refrigerate it for -hours and enjoy
