wheat flour -35g cheese -20gram eggs-2 butter -5g capsicum onion

Method

Step 1

heat tawa /ପନ . make semi solid water batter with atta and water . add grams butter in batter, mix well . make chapati type batter on heated pan above pasted gram butter . after two minutes add cheese slice or grated above the roti . after adding cheese add eggs above it breaking eggs cover for one minute flip the side and cover for one to two minutes. onions, capsicums and green chillys may be added in halfway as per choice. serve hot
