Ingredients

Bread- 4 Slices

Cheese Slice- 2

Potato- 100 gm

Onion- half small

Harissa Dip- 20 gm

Ghee- 5 gms

Method

Step 1

Make a mixture of boiled potatoes, onion and add salt and red chilli powder/flakes.

Step 2

Stuff the bread with the mixture and add cheese slice

Step 3

Grill on a griller or tawa.

Step 4

Serve with Choice of dip.
