Harissa Dip- 20 gm
Ghee- 5 gms
Make a mixture of boiled potatoes, onion and add salt and red chilli powder/flakes.
Stuff the bread with the mixture and add cheese slice
Grill on a griller or tawa.
Serve with Choice of dip.
