break two eggs in a glass and beat it well
add salt, pepper , green veggies to it as per your convenience and beat the mixture again to mix everything together.
heat a pan and add some pan spray to it .
pour half of the mixture on the pan, once the liquid starts to dry place a cheese slice on it for a while and take the omlette out in a plate.
pour other half of the egg mix in the pan and once done , place it on top of the earlier half of omlette.
the cheese should melt from the heat. Cheese omlette is ready.
