Paneer - 100 gms

Mushroom - 50 gms

Cheese - 1 cube

1 big tomato puree

ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

onion paste 2 tsp

kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp

red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

salt to taste

half capsicum and onion chopped

Method

Step 1

Put gm oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste tomato puree salt turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, red chili powder and stir fry till oil separates

Step 2

Put a little water then add capsicum, mushroom and onion

Step 3

fry for another minutes, now mix paneer

Step 4

Stir for mins

Step 5

add cup of water and let it boil for more minutes

Step 6

Grate the cheese cube and add it in the curry

Step 7

mix it well and done
