Heat oil in a Nonstick or cast iron pan , break refrigerated egg as it’s yolk is well intact and sprinkle pepper , salt . Let it cook for minutes on medium to low flame and then using flat spatula, slide on your plate
Take a slice of bread , place a cheese slice and add fine chopped veggies and sprinkle some salt and pepper . Now microwave for seconds and then place on hot pan for seconds for crisp
Slice any fruit and enjoy
