Shredded mozzarella 30 grams for 3 bowls
Toppings of your choice , I have used some bell peppers, peanut and tomatoes
Divide the cheese in equal parts
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the cheese in heap like form , maintaining good distance from each other
Bake for minutes at degrees Celsius and let cool down a bit
Now either place them inverted on muffin mould and bake for more minutes or place them in microwave safe bowl and microwave for more minute
Let it cool down and become hard , add topping and enjoy
