Soya chunks - 50 gms
Onion - 25 gms
Tomato - 25 gms
Capsicum - 50 gms
fresh Cream - 10 ml
Oil - 3 gms
Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli
Heat oil, Add ginger garlic and later onions, Saute it for around - minutes.
Add tomato, after minutes add spices to your taste.
Add soaked soya nuggets to it. Cover the pan for minutes.
Add Capsicum and make the mix dry on high flame.
Add cream and take it off from stove.
Dish out and sprinkle some fresh coriander or spring onions.
Add some lemon drops and chat malasa before serving.
